Get a bird's eye view of red hot lava inching its way on the ground, spilling into the ocean or creeping down the mountain side. This once-in-a-lifetime tour will take you on a scenic drive to the end of the Chain of Craters Road where lava activity has been visible since 2002. The tour will first make a brief stop at the Kilauea Visitors Center before heading to the end of the Chain of Craters Road for a walk on rough terrain for about 60-90 minutes to the lava-viewing site. Passengers are encouraged to wear footwear appropriate for hiking and a light sweater.

Includes bottled water, admission fees, raingear. Estimated hours on tour: 9.5 to 10 hours. Lunch is on own.
