Specializing on the Big Island, we have over 40 years of experience in planning tours and transportation needs for all occasions or groups including couples, honeymooners, families, school groups, corporate groups, conferences and conventions. We pride ourselves in our expert knowledge of the Big Island and our commitment to safe, first-class customer service. In addition to transportation and narrated tours, we offer a complete array of related services including lei greeting, baggage handling, airport and hotel check-in assistance, meals and dining arrangements, group photos, and activity bookings to name a few. Whether you have a group of 2 or 2,000 people, our Tour Planning Department would be pleased to provide you with applicable rates and to answer any questions you may have in regards to the following services:

Daily Tours
Our tour and transportation services may be purchased on either a per person or charter basis. Under our Tours section, we offer our Circle Island Tour and Kona Historical Tour that may be purchased on a per person basis. We also offer two round-trip Airport-Hotel Transfer packages that may be purchased on a per person basis.

Charters
Our Tour Planning Department can help you create that unique, one-of-a-kind tour appropriate for your group. In addition to daily tours, we offer tour and transportation services on a charter basis with hourly rates based on the type of vehicle chartered. We would be pleased to assist you in creating an itinerary to meet your tour and transportation needs, and provide you with a price quotation. Arrange your charter tour and transportation services through Jack's Hawaii and receive a 20% discount on applicable charter rates.

Jack's Hawaii also offers special hourly rates applicable to certain community and service groups. These special rates are applicable to domestic senior citizen groups, domestic church groups, domestic school groups, domestic college/university groups, U.S. military groups, federal, state and county government groups, and domestic non-profit organizations with proof of organization. Please note that the 20% discount mentioned above does not apply to our special hourly rates.

Our standard vehicle capacities vary depending on if baggage is carried onboard the vehicle. Please note that the baggage capacities on each vehicle is based on a maximum of 2 standard size suitcases per person.

Tour Activities
Our Tour Planning Department offers a wide variety of tour activities, which can be incorporated in your tour, including but not limited to viewing the current lava flow in the Volcano, hiking activities, nature walks, stargazing on Mauna Kea, horseback riding, snorkeling, whale watching, fishing charters, shopping and golf, to name a few.

Greeting Services
There isn't a better way to be greeted in Hawaii than with a fragrant flower lei that says, "Aloha and Welcome!" Whether you would like a lei greeting, sign greeting, or even a warm farewell, we offer a number of greeting services by our airport staff.

Baggage Handling Services
We understand that having to lug around your baggage and even worrying about lost baggage can put a damper on your vacation, especially after a long flight. So, leave the worrying up to us and let our staff take care of all of your baggage handling needs. Our airport staff can meet you at the Baggage Claim area, pull your luggage off the carousel and load it on to the vehicle once all the bags have been checked and identified. The bags are then unloaded at the hotel or designated drop off area, where the guests will confirm the receipt of their bags. A baggage handling fee is incurred each time baggage is transported on the vehicle or if a separate baggage truck is ordered. Additional fees apply for oversize baggage (e.g. golf bags, surfboards, bicycles, heavy trunks and large boxes).

Meals and Dining Arrangements
For customers using Jack's Tours' services, we can prearrange your meals on tour and have it included in your tour package, as we have arrangements with a number of restaurants and establishments around the island, including one with a 20-acre tropical flower garden and one overlooking the Volcano Crater. Or, if you'd like to avoid the restaurant scene and have a leisurely picnic in the park or by the beach, we offer boxed lunches with drinks packed away in a complimentary cooler. We can also arrange for you to attend an authentic Hawaiian luau at the end of your tour.

Group Photos
What a way to remember your trip - a professionally taken picture of your entire group in the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park overlooking the Crater! (See sample) In fact, we can take a group picture virtually anywhere on the island! This 8 x 10 color photo makes a great memorabilia and will be delivered to you before your departure.

Other Services & Items
We understand that packing and arranging drinks, a cooler, snacks, and other incidental items can be a hassle and an inconvenience. Prior to your tour, we can arrange for your group to have snacks such as cookies, potato chips, bananas, apples or oranges along with a cooler full of chilled juice, soda and/or bottled water on board our vehicle to leave you one less worry. Please inquire with our Tour Planning Department for rates and further information.

We can also provide group or name signs for our vehicles upon request and additional staff to coordinate the loading and/or unloading of large group movements on a complimentary basis.

Cancellation Policy

Except as otherwise specified, our cancellation policy includes a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 0-2 hours prior to movement, a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 2-12 hours prior, and a 10% credit card charge fee for cancellations made outside of 12 hours prior. Certain tours and services have a different cancellation policy which will apply and are as specified at the time of your reservation. No shows will incur full charges with no refund. Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service. Rates are subject to change without notice.
